About the Insurance Agent position

We are looking for a competitive insurance agent to generate new business by contacting potential customers. You will sell٫ solicit٫ differentiate and negotiate insurance plans that match the needs of your assigned or prospective customers’ portfolio.

The goal is to build up strong positive relationships٫ to ensure growth attainment and increase our firm’s reputation.

Insurance Agent responsibilities are:

• Fulfilling policy requirements
• Promoting insurance packages to customers
• Maintaining customer records
• Monitoring claims to ensure satisfaction
• Working closely with on strategies about risk management
• Being aware of the services offered . Also being aware of any new policies put in place

Insurance Agent requirements are:

• Experience as an Insurance/Sales Agent
• Familiar with ERP and CRM and MS Office programs
• Good customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to multitask
• Computer savvy
• Knowledge of insurance policies
• High school diploma/ BA/BSc or Asc degree in Marketing or related field is a plus
